TT2A success in LPT

The newbies and oldies will remember what I always say when we race a big event. That being that my goal is for you all to safely finish the event with a smile until we take it more serious. Well, we did it again and the team and coaching has proven itself one more time.
Colleen placed 2nd in her age group 25-29’s with a 3.45 hours….Amazing race considering last week at camp was her first ever triathlon. Heather placed 4th in the very competitive 30-34’s with a 3.39hrs and I believe now, Miss Chatterbox has some confidence with how good she can be.
Shazza has blown me away, last year she missed cutoff and was thrown out of the event. This year we wanted to break 6 hours and finish the event. She finished in 5.22hrs and although I obviously have zero pull with AOTM, I believe she may be worth consideration as I know how hard she worked for this. Mike is hooked, fullstop and was the first to text me ( 3 mins ahead of Doc Hisham ) and broke 4 hours with a 3.57hrs.
Damo beat his sister, thats all we wanted 🙂 and went 3.35hrs which is very impressive as we have only just comeback to training. Doc is another one hooked, he went 4.15hrs and does ALL HIS training out of Riyadh and up until 8 months ago, had no idea of Triathlon. A very very impressive result Doctor Hisham. You owe Hunty a coffee as he is the one who got you into this.
Lea was sick and has been working hard long hours with travel. Was worried she would not get through the event yet, raced in 4.45hrs with a smile I wager. Huge respect Lea as I know your working hours are horrific. Jimmy C proved last week at camp how much B..LS he has and it is no surprise he was first from the team in a 3.20hrs, I am backing this kid to go mid 10-hours next year in IM.
OK, lets leave it there and wait for the changeover as our big guns come out to play in the 70.3 with Hunty, Higgsy, National, Marshall and Henry stepping up to play.
